In the event that your top candidate is from out of the area, our Spouse / Partner Employment support can be leveraged to enhance the job offer as well as confirm your organization’s commitment to the candidate and his or her family. Our consultants work with the spouse or partner to create a job search strategy and quickly secure employment in the new location.
We then put the potential hire through a series of Pre-Hire Assessments and Competency Testing to confirm that the potential employee is best suited for the role at hand. This stage is critical as it specifically targets questions that ensure the new hire is right for not only the organization but the role itself. Next, we implement Executive Onboarding that includes a specialized coach who will accelerate the performance of the new employee as this person enters the company. This is important not only for the new employee’s happiness in their new role but also accelerates the success of the organization. Finally, we offer Partner or Spousal Support to make the transition a smooth one for everyone in the new employee’s family. This consists of assisting the partner or spouse to find work as well if a move is required.
