Employee transitions are a natural part of business. Whether an employee leaves an organization for another opportunity, transitions to another role within the same company, is impacted by a downsizing or restructuring, or is on the path to retirement, having a strategic, well-planned process that provides positive engagement during the employee’s transition is critical.
In June, CCI Consulting hosted a four-part webinar series, “Uncovering the Most Overlooked Component in Your Talent Strategy: Employee Transitions.” The webinar series was designed for HR leaders to help turn employee transitions – from internal transfers and promotions to separations and retirements—into opportunities that benefit both employees and the organization.
Over four weeks, we hosted HR leaders from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health, and Subaru of America and discussed strategies and best practices for supporting employee transitions that enable both individuals and the organization to be set up for long-term success.
We hope all of our attendees found value in the sessions – it was fantastic to host so many interested people, and receive so many great questions for the Q&A.
