CCI Consulting’s President, Brian Clapp, will be the keynote speaker at this year’s Tri-State HRMA Annual Conference held virtually on May 6, 2021.
The Tri-State HRMA Annual Conference is a source for professional expertise and individual development for the HR community. Unlike its usual in-person full-day conference, this year, it will be a virtual half day of hosted speakers designed to deliver new skills or enhance current skills and learn from the experts.
Brian will present “People, Promises, and Predictability.” As organizations, leaders, and employees look ahead and prepare for that elusive “new normal”, the path forward is determined by the interrelated dynamics related to people, promises, and predictability. Organizations are grappling with the impact of their people strategy, the implication of promises kept and promises broken, and the limitations of predictability. Now more than ever, managing, monitoring, and responding to these important issues will determine the path to success.
The half-day virtual conference will be held from 7:50 a.m – 1:10 p.m on Thursday, May 6, 2021, with the keynote presentation starting at 8:15 a.m.
This is approved for 6.00 SHRM PDCs; HRCI Credit is pending approval.
